Return and Refund Policy

Valvidia is committed to making sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase while also protecting the integrity of our sellers. Below is our full return and refund policy:
1. Items Sold by Valvidia
We accept returns on all items sold directly by Valvidia under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
To initiate a return, email us at cesar.liberty@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
2. Items Sold by Third-Party Vendors
For products sold by approved third-party vendors:

Valvidia does not manage refunds or returns for third-party items.

Buyers must contact the vendor directly to request a return or refund.

All third-party vendors are required to honor a 30-day return window and must disclose their restocking/shipping terms unless they were not accepting returns for item purchased.
Valvidia may assist in facilitating contact during the satisfaction window but does not mediate ongoing disputes.
3. Important Notes

No Final Sale Items: All items listed on Valvidia must be eligible for return within 30 days.

Items returned damaged, used, or missing components may receive partial refunds at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
