✅ Step 1: Book a Pickup or Send Us Your Items

• Parents: Tell us what gear you’d like to sell (strollers, car seats, clothing, etc.). As long as it’s in great condition and meets our $25 minimum resale value, we’ll schedule a free local pickup or drop-off.

• Returns/Overstock Sellers: Submit your inventory list or photos. If accepted, you'll ship the items to us. Shipping is reimbursed after the item sells.

📦 Step 2: We Store, List & Sell for You

Every accepted item is:

• Inspected for quality

• Cleaned if needed

• Professionally photographed

• Fairly priced

• Listed on Valvidia.com

We store everything safely and handle all customer service.

💰 Step 3: You Get Paid

Once an item sells:

• We deduct a $10 flat service fee per item

• We reimburse your shipping cost (for non-local sellers)

• You get paid based on our sliding payout scale

If it doesn’t sell within 120 days:

• You can request a return (small processing fee), or

• We’ll donate it on your behalf
